How should I prepare my space before your arrival?

It depends on your comfort and mobility. If you'd like to use my massage table, please ensure there’s a clear, open area with enough space at the foot end for me to place a chair. Some clients also prefer to sit in their recliners, which is perfectly fine as well.

My feet are ticklish. Will reflexology be effective?

Reflexologists employ strong, deliberate movements when applying pressure. These targeted techniques are designed to minimize ticklish feelings, so they are generally effective for most people.

Can anyone receive Reflexology?

Reflexology is suitable for anyone regardless of age or state of health.

How often should I consider getting reflexology?

The frequency can vary widely among individuals. Some may find that monthly sessions are effective, while others might require more regular treatments. It really depends on your unique circumstances, stress levels, and the reasons behind seeking reflexology.

Can I combine other therapies while I am doing Reflexology?

Absolutely! You can combine other therapies with reflexology. Many clients find that incorporating treatments like massage or acupuncture enhances their overall experience and promotes greater relaxation. Just let me know about any other therapies you’re considering, and we can discuss the best approach for your needs.
