My journey into Forest Therapy began during a challenging period in my life, marked by anxiety arising from a fast-paced stressful job and a busy family life. Craving serenity, I discovered forest therapy. Within just five minutes of my first session, I realized I had found what I had been searching for all along. The profound connection to nature and the sense of peace it brought me inspired me to become a guide myself, so I could help others find their own healing in the natural world.
Similarly, my passion for reflexology stems from a deep commitment to the well-being of others. This practice has always been close to my heart, and I finally took the step to learn and share its benefits
I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and a Student Reflexologist trained by the Therapeutic Reflexology Institute (TRI). I am also a member of the Natural Health Care Practitioner of Canada (NHPC). Additionally, I hold certification as a Wilderness First Aider from WildMed, ensuring a safe and informed approach to my practice.
I aspire for everyone to know there is a welcoming place to simply BE, surrounded by a community of beings holding space for each other. I believe in fostering a reciprocal relationship between nature and humans, where both can thrive together.
I am devoted to supporting your well-being through Reflexology and Forest Therapy walks, offering caring, tailored services that are created with you in mind, infused with love and passion.
I commit to being honest, respectful, and compassionate with all my clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for each person I encounter.
I am dedicated to continued education in both Reflexology and Forest Therapy, and I strive to build healthy relationships with my co-workers, contributing to a strong community of Reflexologists and Forest Therapy Guides.
Through both forest therapy and reflexology, I aim to create supportive environments where individuals can rejuvenate, connect, and heal.
